This house is absolutely beautiful. It still has the brand new home smell! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly desire and the location was just perfect. Clean, beautiful and all the bedrooms are located upstairs so no noise issues for those early risers or night owls. Just a few minutes walk to the stunning Bulcock Beach :) Will definitely be back!

Beautiful studio apartment, exactly as advertised. Hosts were onsite to ensure check in was smooth, then it was a very private and relaxing stay. The studio is well designed with natural light sources (including skylight in the bathroom), and option for either air conditioning or natural ventilation. Very nice place to stay at!

What price will I set for my house?

Every house and location is different and unique. We conduct a pricing analysis of your property and the area where it's located. This includes area research and cross referencing with other similar listing. We then will provide you with a pricing strategy.

What about damages and parties?

With Airbnb and platforms alike becoming stricter on guest’s behaviour and damaging properties this is now a rare event. All our properties are kept up to a high standard and are looked after better than long term renters.

Whilst we cannot guarantee people wont throw parties at your property, we do what we can to minimise the risk of this happening. As hosts we can review guests should they not respect house rules. This is permanently recorded on their profiles for future bookings. This also allows us to screen guests as they book your property.

How does the process work?

Following your initial enquiry, if you are in a position to host your home we will:

Organise a time to meet you and check that your property is suitable for holiday accommodation.
Assess if your property is suitable for holiday accommodation, then discuss with you its potential and perform an appraisal.
Schedule a time for professional photos of your property after you have agreed for us to host your home and signed our management agreement.
Create a listing across various platforms to optimise and increase occupancy. These platforms include Airbnb, Expedia and Booking.com
From here, we look after the rest for you. You get to enjoy the income from your investment while we manage the bookings and create experiences your guests will remember.

What occupancy rate will I get?

Whilst we do not guarantee guests, we aim to deliver over 70% occupancy rates.

What do I need to ensure my property is ready for guests?

We will provide you with all the details you need to ensure your property is ready for guests to stay.

Do I have to pay for the cleaning costs?

We endeavour to cover all changeover costs to your guests. However, we do not cover the initial cost to clean and supply the consumables.

Michael Ford

Michael Ford has lived on the Sunshine Coast most of his young life, and he loves it!

When he’s not working in helicopter rescue, he’s a keen surfer, an adventurer, and his zest for life is contagious. He knows the Sunshine Coast intimately and wants people to experience the best Australia has to offer. Michael has studied the ins and outs of the holiday accommodation market and is himself co-hosting Airbnb properties.

Brendon Clancy

Now calling Sunshine Coast home, Brendon Clancy loves the many lifestyle aspects the region offers.

Originally from Melbourne, where he lived for 45 years, he then moved to Sydney's northern beaches for five years. In 2006 he and his family headed further north to the Sunshine Coast where they now reside. He and his wife Cathie, travelled extensively from 2001 to 2019, including 19 world trips to 25 countries. Over the recent years Brendon has had a number of short term and holiday rentals himself, now teaming up with Michael managing properties across the coast.
